Well, have our training yesterday.
Omigosh, gym was super tiring.
Good for you Kasandra, you dont need to suffer :D
We need to carry weights, sit ups, lift this and that.
Basketballer know what i am talking about.
I seriously hate the shoulder lift, the thing is freaking heavy.
But, i enjoy lifting weights, it make me look so muscular when i look into the mirror.
LOL, whatever.

Started with our training.
Me and Vanna was complaining about the ache we have in our shoulder.
It's seriously lucky we dont need to run along the corridor after gym.
Seriously if we do run, i will collapse, and die.
Well, forget what we do for the first few hour.
Learn rotation and formation.
It's easy, serious.
I thought it was complicated that i insist in sitting infront of Coach,
Because i want to listen better.
LOL, lame.

Play mini set games among the 9 of us {excluding Kasandra}
LOL we are short of 3 people.
So, my team was Meilian, Nadine and Zhaoqi.
We dont really need Zhaoqi lahh, he extra.
LOL, i keep sliding to recieve the ball, and the ball hit the window and alot of dust fly down.
Haha, i love Nadine's serving.
Nice and steady.
And, we won them.
Hahaha, after the game, me and Vanna keep asking Coach that we want to play again.
And her reply was "Waaaaaaaaaait"
Hahaha, super fun.

Went home and sleep.
Woke up with muscel ache on my shoulder.
Super pain, pain until cannot pain.
I slept at 7, and woke up at 9.15
Super tired, bath and slept at 1.
Hahaha. Friendly match with junior.

Went Sheryl's house today.
Bath and walked to her house at 11.50
Seriously, we actually did our homework.
I bet people out there will think we will chat until there's no tommorrow right?
We actually chat until 1 o'clock, went down to buy bubbletea, and do our homework.
I told her to off her computer, i dont want to be looking into her screen every single seconds.

Fetch her sister from the Childcare center.
They wanted to send me home, end up inside my house.
Hahaha.

Okay, friendly against junior tommorrow, and i'm having a muscel ache.
